This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has
changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if
this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report
against it and we will take it from there.

Same problem here with Ubuntu 10.10. Mouse and keyboard are connected
and working properly.

I have the same problem. Ubuntu doesn't watch Logitech bluetooth
adapter, but bluetooth keyboard and mouse, connected through it, work
fine.
I would appreciate for fix.

I am having the exact same problem. It appears that Bluez does not see
my adapter but it does show up under dmesg and lsusb. 10.04 worked
perfect, I would love to see this get fixed as I as well use the same
keyboard and mouse and have relied on it forever. Going back to the old
style tapity-ta
