Hello, I added this comment to the same bug

am experiencing, downgrading doesnot solve any problems, but doesnot let me
report any new reports because it is not uptodate

Today an upgrade to xulrunner version 1.9.2.10+build1+nobinonly-
0ubuntu0.10.04.1 and see that the problem still exist. Will file a new
bugreport and see wht apport retracing service will tell me.

Well, it seems like you might have some package from -proposed
installed. The retracer does not have debugging symbols for these, so
for those packages, yes, you are being asked to downgrade if you'd
like the crash retraced automatically. Also, xulrunner was upgraded
since you reported the crash

upgrade or downgrade, my system is up to date! Is apport retracing
service asking me to downgrade?
