Well, it seems like you might have some package from -proposed installed. The retracer does not have debugging symbols for these, so for those packages, yes, you are being asked to downgrade if you'd like the crash retraced automatically. Also, xulrunner was upgraded since you reported the crash. Perhaps your issue has been fixed.
