I *believe* that the reason is the following: seeing as applications running in the UNR environment are always maximized (by default) and that the Netbook launcher works on fullscreen, the only way the the system has to show (send to the top layer) the launcher when asked is by ignoring the 'alw

Is it really the expected behavior for launcher to override 'Always on top' of applications even in one display? And if so, what's the reasoning behind this? I'm asking because I was about to report it as a bug when I came across this report. To me this seems like the launcher in effect breaks 'Al
