I removed Gwibber 2.31.1 with the couchDB backend because it would not
start under Debian Unstable. Below is pertinent output when executing

Hi, for me I am using Gwibber 2.30.0.1 on Lucid Lynx.
I live in China so I need to use a VPN. It seemed to work at one point a
few days ago, but hasn't updated for days.
When I run it from the terminal I get:

This is happening on machine also. I have installed Ubuntu 10.04
recently and I can't seem to be able to get gwibber to show me my full
twitter stream. I can only see @replies and DMs.
Is Gwibber not supposed to show the full stream? It definitely shows the
full stream for facebook.

@Ed S - just noticed your response.
For me I've got Gwibber working. It appears (from my side of things) to
be dns related. If I try to use it with my home dns server then gwibber
has the problems above.
However if I open a VPN to work (and therefore use the works DNS server)
then Gwibber runs pe
Please could you try to reproduce this issue in latest version of
gwibber (2.30.0.1-0ubuntu3) and check if this problem is still affecting
you? Thanks!

@Peter Mount: murrine is a theme engine, it's likely the latter part of
your error messages are caused by having changed your GNOME theme. You
could try System > Preferences > Appearance to change your GNOME theme
back to the original (I think it was "Ambiance" - I now have so many
themes installed
I don't get the ERROR shown above, but I do get the same errors up to
and including the Updating... lines.
This is on a NetBook running 10.04. No twitter stream but all @replies &
direct messages appear.
