Hi Omer, Reinstalled gwiber again after a very long time. Had uninstalled it
after opening this thread . It works fine for me as of now but I have
noticed that after installing it by CPU usage becomes high touching 20-25%
whereas in normal conditions it never crosses 14-15% the average being 3-5%.
Morell, please attach the logs of gwibber service
$ pkill gwibber

That's great! :-) Thanks, Victor, for helping solve this! How did you
figure from the debug output that it might be a ca-certificates error?
I'm curious, because I don't see anything in either debug output to
indicate a certificate error...
Wonder if Dimios' problem is the same...
Thanks,
Ed.

I confirm the bug. I'm using Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 and since I installed
the latest available upgrades using Update Manager, gwibber doesn't get
any update anymore. The oly account I'm using is my Twitter account. The

No, Vivek, I don't have any such high-CPU problem (aside from Xorg
itself hitting 36 to 50% for a minute or two after startup). This, like
yours, is a clean/fresh install of Lucid... have you been keeping up
with package updates? Just checking :-)
