None of the reported issues are reproducible here using Firefox 65.0.

Same issue here with Firefox 13. Drag&drop of bookmarks just stops
working from time to time. Sometimes I also have the issue that a
drag&drop action gets stuck and doesn't register a mouse release, thus I

Same issue - every once in awhile the bookmarks will not allow drag
and drop.
I just discovered that (on my system at least) the bug can be initiated by
visiting Pandora radio for some reason.
Perhaps it's something to do with Flash player?

This is not a Ubuntu problem, but a Firefox thingy.
Users of MS Windows also reported the same problem.
You can fix this problem by doing the following steps:
Quit Mozilla Firefox
Go to ~\.mozilla\firefox
Rename "profiles.ini" to (for example) "OLDprofiles.ini"
Start Mozilla
The Drag&Drop functio
Could you type about:config in your browser and in the filter field
enter nglayout.enable_drag_images and tell me if the value is true or
false.
