Nothing, save for normal copying. No freaky hard drive noises, nothing.
I would think click of death also, but like I said, it only happens
during a normal boot into Lucid. It didn't happen with Karmic. What I
find most perplexing is the fact that it seems to think that it only
takes 80 seconds to
hard drive making a weird clicking sound usually points to click of
death, but if you boot from grub into recovery console it doesn't make
the clicking sound?
What happens if you copy a large 600MB+ file when running lucid?
