I have the same problem. Even if I restart the applet, it doesn't
upload. It uploads file structure, and some small files. The directory
contains 256MB, and only 2.3KB are uploaded, as indicated by the web
interface. Even several restarts doesn't upload /Ubuntu One/. I have
cleaned it out and tried
