Problem resolved. Printing ability is restored. This is user error
on the configuration side. This bug report can be closed.

Quick look at the CUPS code tells me that printer server is trying to
say something to your CUPS, but your CUPS doesn't understand that.

Here is the lpq output:
LaserJet-8150-Series-Postscript-(recommended) is ready and printing

active kelleys 3 about:blank 43008 bytes
It will stay that way indefinitely until I delete it from the queue.
This looks like ACL errors on printer server. It would be great if you
could attach configs from printer server. Also, output of lpq would be
nice, while jobs are still in queue (but printed). Thanks.
