I am working on getting the server logs and config from IT. In the
meanwhile here are the steps that I use to configure the printer:

   1. Click System - Administration - Printing from the top menu bar
   2. Double click New Printer icon
   3. Select Network Printer (CUPS printer (IPP)) from the dropdown
   4. Enter http://print.garmin.com:631/ipp/PDA8150 in URI
   5. Select Model HP Laserjet 8150 from the list and use driver PostScript
   6. Apply, right-click on the printer and adjust DPI, duplex, paper
size, etc..
