I am not sure, if this a duplicate of bug #94130. The Reason is Error
message which is mentioned in this bug. It says Authorization Error with
unknown protocol. The best test case is, if you are not behind prox

bug #94130 is talking about a broken ubuntu bug reporting functionality
due to a python problem with https via proxy. I think this bug here is
not an duplicate, but it's at least related to #94130 ...
