bug #94130 is talking about a broken ubuntu bug reporting functionality
due to a python problem with https via proxy. I think this bug here is
not an duplicate, but it's at least related to #94130 ...
I received the same error dialog when trying to connect my PC with
ubuntuone via company proxy. Browsing the web, working with apt etc.
works quite well. Only ubuntuone seems to have problems ...
I'm using 10.04 LTS amd64 with latest updates ...
