Hi Timmy Shih Jun Yee,
Sorry to answer so late but i i has hear that no more version will be
made for Hardy 8.04 LTS and to 2 months ago, it was impossible to use
Deluge on it.
Now i have upgraded all System and servers to Lucid 10.04.1 LTS Ubuntu
and Kubuntu and this bug is fixed.

Hello,
I run ubuntu hardy 8.04 LTS and from last update of deluge stable, it
can't start anymore, it hang on with a empty windows
I have try to go back 1.1.9 but still impossible, always dependency
errors and if i install manually the missed, it failed to update dpkg.
I hope that we fix very soo
