Hi Timmy Shih Jun Yee, Sorry to answer so late but i i has hear that no more version will be made for Hardy 8.04 LTS and to 2 months ago, it was impossible to use Deluge on it.
Now i have upgraded all System and servers to Lucid 10.04.1 LTS Ubuntu and Kubuntu and this bug is fixed. I see another bug when try to close it, it hang on but that's another one, i will report it. So you can make this bug are fixed for Lucid and certainly Karmic but wasn't on Hardy at all by me..
