Yes, this is still an issue, and it has even become worse. The character "ş" is not typeable at all, it gets understood as "arrow up", so in a terminal the last command gets displayed. Also, the "ç" cannot be typed. You can reproduce this if you switch to the "Turkey - Kurdish Q" keyboard, the st
