apt: prefix in the link. Only systems that using DEB package managers (such as
Ubuntu, Debian and others) can be able to download and install such packages.

As you mentioned your bug report has been merged to bug 373988. I also believe
that your problem is not the same as problem described in this bug, so I
suggest to remove link to this bug and continue your bug report. I think also
