Again, this only happens if I have the "Side Pane ( f9 )" open, and have
now verified it on both 32 & 64 bit versions of Ubuntu. I can't really
say if its over any special place, other than again in the Side Pane.
Sometimes it lets me actually mouse over say Trash, and I can move
around in the Pane
