I see the same issue on my laptop. I use two 20" external LCDs and only see the problem with mouse input falling out sometimes (randomly) when I have the dualview running. If I only run on the LCD on the laptop, I do not trigger this behavior. I use the proprietary nvidia driver and a custom xorg
