echo 0 > /sys/bus/usb/devices/1-1.6/power/autosuspend_delay_ms
You can find the device ID (my 1-1.6) like this:
grep -i camera -R /sys/bus/usb/devices/*/product

I'm getting that message about my mouse. powertop suggests enabling usb
suspend on the device, but that doesn't have an effect.

Having removed btusb, can confirm this problem also occurs when I plug
in a USB mouse. When I remove the mouse powertop stops giving me the
warning..
Top causes for wakeups:
38.8% ( 48.8) : Rescheduling interrupts
17.5% ( 22.1): iwl3945
10.3% ( 12.9): uhci_hcd:usb2,
I have the same problem on a Sony Vaio VGN-SZ3XWP. I noticed my battery
life was a lot worse upon installing Intrepid (fresh install from CD),
so ran powertop. Here is my output:
CnAvg residency P-states (frequencies)
C0 (cpu running)( 4.1%) 2.00 Ghz 0.9
I have the same problem. It was because for some reason my laptops SD
card reader wouldn't turn off. Removing usb_storage fixed it, but now
obviously I don't have access to the sd card.

I get that also, with the only USB device being the BT adapter...
Killing bluetoothd did not help.
Removing btusb did it. Inserting it again brings is back up to 100%
usage (still according to powertop).
