Thank you for the detailed bug report information. Could you attach a
copy of the ~/.xsession-errors file (it is a hidden file) after logging
in as default and again after logging in as Turkish? That will help the
developers fix this.

1- Start with Turkish language with Turkish being system default; having
several items on the Desktop but having a visible free column at right.
