install failed: error 255 - zoneminder 1.22.3-10
Hi all, i have been able to get around this bug by using the debian
package from a debian mirror.
This shows that there is no problem with the debian package or other
parts of ubuntu and that the fault is in the zoneminder package in the
ubuntu repos.
i used
wget
http://mirror.pacific.net.au/p
Is anyone looking at fixing this bug or should we think about removing
this package from the repository because i have tried on a range of
installs (of 8.10 and 8.10beta) and it doesn't work anywhere.

Mine was working in 8.10 this morning, but when I came home at night and
tried to connect to it, it started giving me problems, then I tried to
reinstall it after removing it and I now get the above errors...
What gives? This is a brand new installation of 8.10, not an upgrade.

I can confirm that this bug also exists in 8.10 beta.
Any help would be great or we should think about removing the package as
it doesnt appear to have worked for a while now.
