Yeah, if you have desktop cube on, the quickest way is to just middle
click the desktop and everything's back to normal :-)

Forgot to mention that moving a window over it does not make it normal.
It stays till compiz is disabled.

I'm getting the same problem under Gutsy.
Sometimes I get a white screen sometimes only its shadow.
I've attached a screenshot but I'm not sure how helpful that will be as taking
screenshots appears to be broken as well.
You can see the problem in the part of the rectangle at 735,345 in the imag
I am having the same problem. It seems that it's not repainting the
screen. Using Hardy with latest updates.
