* Resynchronise with Debian (LP: #20423). Remaining changes:
- Try to install fs-core-modules and fs-secondary-modules udebs.
- Add os-probes/mounted/sparc/80solaris to recognize solaris/sparc.
- Add linux-boot-probes/mounted/sparc/50silo su
Dropping unnecessary grub-installer task; os-prober just needs to emit a
chain line and grub-installer will sort the rest out.

It just needs chainloading. The partition contains diagnostic tools that
will happily work regardless of the OS.

Would the bootloader know what to do with that partition? Also, would
the "Diagnostic Partition" know what to do with Ubuntu installed in
another partition?
