This also worked for me. I placed an automatic apt install as part of
my github repository for the systemd-zram script for installation. It
took me a long time to find this solution. I hope that any other
repositories that install zram will take heed of this.
I have found that this makes Ubuntu

separated devices, it should avoid breaking on CPU with many cores (I
don't think this is your case) as well as improve performance.
