Ok, so theres this cpu hogging process update-apt-xapi Bug #1958041
It runs on every boot.
It should run only when opening then muon.
Heres other apps that use this allways on startup running process, but should
run only when thouse apps are opened, if this is installed and cant use
something not
Indeed, "sudo update-apt-xapian-index" fixes the issue, but it shouldn't
be necessary.
I saw there is a weekly cron job that runs this update, but it may take
several days until it runs the first time.
Maybe there should be a job or service that runs on first boot after
installation that tries t

Weird why cuz now also works- now i did sudo apt update and then started
working in there too. But this happens then on some unfinnished update
of lists.
