World clock widget - Seconds not updated t
I haven't seen this issue since I filed this report, and I have no idea
how to reproduce it, so it may be best to close this. If I spot the
issue again, I'll perhaps have a look at the source code, and see if I
have any suggestions of what it could be.

Lubuntu with LXDE, before the update to Lubuntu 18.10. I'm not seeing
the issue on my work laptop, which I updated in the same way, so perhaps
it is related to my setup at home. I'll have a play around with my home
laptop when I find the time, and see if I can figure anything out.

This is not a fresh install, but Lubuntu 18.10 updated from Lubuntu
18.04.
lxqt-panel is version 0.13.0-0ubuntu5. Just noticed there are a load of
updates, so I'm installing them now.

xclock seems fine, and it is about half-a-second faster than the World
Clock widget. Now the problem with xclock seems to have stopped. I'll
try and keep an eye on it and see if it happens again.

I cannot reproduce this on the latest image of Lubuntu 18.10 with lxqt-
panel 0.13.0-0ubuntu5. Is this on a fresh install? What versions are we
talking about here?
Are you sure you aren't dealing with some sort of resource issue? Maybe
some other sort of hardware problem? Does `xclock -d -update 1
