I also studied the problem and suppose that libpcre.so.3 is the file
that generates the bug.
I've even copied the 32bit version file to my /usr/lib32, then
successfully installed the flashplugin-nonfree, but without any
results.
I mean the flash in firefox still doesn't appear!

The Adobe flash player is only for 32-bit. If you install the package I
provided (flashplugin-nonfree), nspluginwrapper will allow your 64-bit
browser to use the 32-bit Adobe Flash Player plugin.That is why simply
installing the Adbe flash player on 64-bit Ubuntu will not work. Make

i've installed the package, yes I own a 64bit version of hardy.
But after the install, when I visit a page with flash it says that I
don't have flash plugin installed so I should go to adobe.com to get
it.
Any ideas?

I am assuming you have 64-bit Hardy (9.0.115.0 is the latest version of
flashplugin-nonfree in Ubuntu Hardy 32-bit). Try installing this
