I am assuming you have 64-bit Hardy (9.0.115.0 is the latest version of flashplugin-nonfree in Ubuntu Hardy 32-bit). Try installing this package: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/10804892/flashplugin- nonfree_9.0.115.0ubuntu2_amd64.deb
