Bugs,
I've push a fix to stress-ng, I need to fix this stress test properly
sometime, but for now, it's disabled. Can this be re-tested?

The same issue was happening on arm64, the overly aggressive file-ioctl
stressor was performing FREEZE/THAW ioctls and this was blocking the
stressor. I've currently disabled this stress test as I believe its is
a broken test; we sometimes get a race on freezing/thawing with a
missing thaw ioctl()
