I can reproduce this on Ubuntu's openoffice.org 1:2.4.0~rc2-1ubuntu3 but
not on upstream's openoffice.org 2.4.0~rc2.

I have made a search of odt files to find another file example to reproduce
this bug and I found one file which produce the same problem:

(BTW, among all files I have tested, some of them made writer crash when
opening, I have reported it in bug #1
I confirm my first doubt, I modified save autorecovery information to 1 minute
and indeed 1 minute after a modification, some images disappeared (always the
same images).
I attached a capture of the empty frame with error message displayed instead of
the image.
