Andrew, can jmap work with the detached debug info? Even looking at the
redhat report it looks like the issue is not solved this way.
Could you clarify "the symbols we need"? I'm currently stripping with
--remove-section=.comment --remove-section=.note --strip-debug, so this
might be too much.
