I had this same issue. Any 64-bit users who had Flash installed manually into this folder, and then kept their home folder after upgrading (which will be a very large number) will not be able to see flash objects at all as the two plugins conflict. Perhaps the flashplugin-nonfree package should run

Ah, the problem was that I still had a locally installed flash player sitting around from Feisty, in my ~/.mozilla/plugins/ directory. I cleared out that file and the nicely packaged flashplugin-nonfree worked fine. Although I bet there are going to be a lot of other Feisty users who already foll
