I also faced difficulties while screen mirroring from windows 10 to
chromecast. It was real slow and sometimes also was facing connection
lost for the same.

it won't really detect it without major doing, but I see windows has a
trick for doing it forcing to extend to a nonexistant display then
mirroring all the content to the chromecast in which the content going
to the tv is first, and content going to the computer is able to be
