workaround the first but then got stuck with this logout window.

I don't know how I could reproduce this consistently, but I'm affected
by this bug. Shortly after encountering it I had a crash that seemed to
restart the display manager/X entirely, so I'm sure state was lost, but
if there's any information on what to do to properly gather information

For reference, what happened to me is that after I unlocked my desktop,
the "You have unsaved files, do you want to lock screen or log out"
window was superimposed on my desktop, darkening windows underneath
After running into several other situations where one of these
logout/lock screen dialogs got wedged and I had to reboot, and after
losing all my work several times because the default ctrl-alt-del action
is to log out rather than lock the screen as it has been in Windows
forever, I just set ctrl-a
