Setting status to confirmed since someone other than the reporter has
encountered the bug.

For reference, what happened to me is that after I unlocked my desktop,
the "You have unsaved files, do you want to lock screen or log out"
window was superimposed on my desktop, darkening windows underneath it
with a gradient. I could interact with other windows, but couldn't
interact with the lock/unlock dialog in any way. I tried using xkill to
kill it, but this just clicked underneath the window and killed either
Nautilus or whatever else gets killed if you select the desktop with
xkill.
