Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue
for you?, Can you please try with the live environment of the Desktop CD
of the developme
Ok tested to do a clean install of 7.04. ( second machine )
And it did not suspend on idle and running on battery.
However if I change the value of the
/apps/gnome-power-manager/action_battery_sleep_type then it suspend like it
should.
So it seems that the gnome-power-manager don't add the sleep
It does suspend if I put it to suspend but pressing the supend button,
but never on idle.
Think I have found it, if downgrading to edgy version it works fine. So I did
reinstall the version from feisty 7.04
And had a look at the gconf-editor and found a key:
