RDP is the only app that fails (to date) on my Intrepid desktop. I will
upgrade to Janunty in the near future after it has time to cook. The only
variance I have is the "server" kernel used to address the full 4GB of

I concur on the existence of the error. Current Intrepid 8.10 on dell
i640m laptop, fresh install. This worked in hardy on the same hardware,
network connection and remote system. I launch tsclient from the launch
panel and get the rdp window, logon to XP, and there is a smal

There is still a bug in the system somewhere.
I have noticed that the primary effect of the lockup is with the mouse input so

Like yourself I have also revisited the difficulty and have found no
issues.
Perhaps with the updates that have been installsd since I reported the
bug in April 2007 have resolved the issue.
I will continue to monitor the situation and try to narrow down the
circumstances under whic
I've made a test during all the night, and in the morning I've no
problem to connect to windows machine through rdp.

The lockup occurs if I am called away ( Telephone or another job ) and
on my return I find the workstation is locked up.
I find that if I run an rdp session to one machine ( Windows ) and another vnc
session to another machine ( WIndows ) this seems to
invoke the err
