I don't know if it's the right place to ask this.
(likely it's not)
since November the 8th, Jabref stable version 2.3 is available, but
in the repositories there's still the 2.2 version.
Who can I ask for repository update?

I've added bug #389068. It is not really the same bug, but it is

unsubscribing ubuntu-univserse-sponsors since there is nothing to do for
them.

I think a sync would be enough. I currently have jabref installed from
the debian unstable package. I downloaded the debian source package and
rebuilt it on my kubuntu feisty machine. It works without a problem.
The only potential problem might be debian bug 389068: FTBFS: package
does use include
of course, I meant I'm *not* sure I understand
you will need a merge only if you need same as above :)
Cheers

I'm sure I understand correctly...
You will need a sync only if you need to change something in the debian
package. Otherwise, we just sync the package but this process does not use REVU.
What do you exactly intend to do ?
Cheers
