I have this bug in my Asus 1215b with amd c-60 APU. I currently run kubuntu
12.04.1 and run kernel 3.2.0-32.

Ok, I have tested with Quantal, using the stock kernel as of today.
I have also tested with mainline kernels 3.4.1 and 3.5rc1.
In all cases, the problem remains: suspend/resume works, but leaves the system
unable to reboot.
Any suggestions to try to develop a workaround are welcome.

Suspend works unreliably, failing sometimes.
When suspend works, the following reboot will fail, with a blank screen with
a cursor after the BIOS splash screen. It seems to be trying to acces
