Binary package hint: update-manager
Attempting to use do-release-upgrade, but I'm in a 3rd world country
with flakey internet. My internet connection is slow, and when it
interrupts, do-release-upgrade gives up and cannot resume from where it

I can view & transfer files from "Graphics" directory on the memory
