every now and then the kernel crashes within the first 6 seconds of the
boot-process on the HP Mini 2140.
a stack trace shows up even before the ubuntu-boot-screen appears.
unfortunately the machine is completely frozen then, so i have now idea how to
even display the whole

On my Benq JoyBook S72 the snd_intel8x0-module is automatically being loaded.
Sound is only working though, if I add the following three lines to /etc/modules
ac97_codecs
i810_audio
sound
I am using Ubuntu Intrepid alpha4
