Public bug reported:

every now and then the kernel crashes within the first 6 seconds of the
boot-process on the HP Mini 2140.
a stack trace shows up even before the ubuntu-boot-screen appears.
unfortunately the machine is completely frozen then, so i have now idea how to
even display the whole stack trace as just the lines at the end fit to the
screen.
