Ok, i have found something that worked for me !
I've added ppa from GNOME guys ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3 upgraded and
everything works.
Note: reinstalling gnome-keyring from ubuntu repositories didn't work, i
tried it and alot of different things to do.
P.S. seahorse now look far more logical than

virtual box and everyhing works. Mine is upgraded from 11.10

helped. After removing and installing ubuntuone again Ubuntu One control panels
won't start.

For me it crashes when empathy|pidgin isn't the window i am focusing.
Open empathy|pidgin -> pick to chat -> go on another workspace|window when
reply is send to you gnome-shell crashes.
I think something wrong in those pop-up notifications.
