Ubuntu 12.10 & gnome-shell 3.6.1-0ubuntu1
Upgraded from 12.04 to 12.10.
I updated some extensions then turn off some, changes didn't happen so i
restarted gnome shell as usual. After that all favourite applications
gone, list of applications in overview mode gone as well(only system
applications and files are visible while search)
sudo apt-get remove --purge gnome-shell* and then installing it didn't
return the right behavior.
