This is the third installation it has happen with. I install fresh copy of
Ubuntu 11.04 and everything is working I install the updates and the sound
is broke. Fix this its not my installation its a bug.

I believe this has something to do with Pulse Sound Server. Sound has
been effected system wide. Also getting error with Audacity. Seems they
can't connect to sound server on the system. With Banshee I am getting:
