showDesktop encountered a problem after right-
i disabled xinerama through the "amdcccle" and tried to reproduce the
"cairo-dock"-bug. No bug there.

Or is it maybe just a problem with your ATI drivers

In Software-Center 5 which is shipped with Ubuntu oneiric ocelot a new
area is introduced, which is reserved for "featured" apps and other
promotions.
There are four problems with this banner, which should be fixed.
1) The first banner should be the "Ubuntu Software-Center B
Another break down error log. This one is different cause it has no gtk-
critical but gdb-output. This error also caused tomboy to shutdown.

During installation the device-name of a encrypted filesystem is defined
through the hostname. If you input a bad hostname (e.g. null, sda, ...)
there will be an error.

I don't think its the same problem like mine, but the topic fits.
Update-Manager needs a password after clicking check-button.
If you click "cancel" in the pwd-dialog, it rescans for updates, too. Whats the
difference about using a pwd or clicking "cancel" ?
