i've to come back to this issue as with the new kernel it's becoming even more
significant especially after resume.
though i don't know if it's an hardware issue and i do not have another
computer at hand to check this - the only thing i can say on osx mouse and
keyboard are working regular.

I still have the problem downgrading hal - ev'ry 4-5th closing sleep fails.
tried a few workarounds but no luck - using 2.6.20-16-lowlatency & generic with
corresponding restricted-modules, xorg-driver-fglrx
