I finally got the 0.8.3 debian package patched with the n-trig.patch and
it mostly works now. I saw in another bug-report that the kernel driver
is updated in the latest git kernel. So far we're getting clos

Public bug reported:
The n-trig digitizer in my Tx2 works in jaunty (with patches and such
found in ubuntuforums).
The patch is included in the 2.6.31 kernel - but the wacom tools / wacom
x-driver / wacom driver do not jive. The X log file reports that the
n-trig is not supported by linuxwacom.
Spoke too soon. The laptop suspends/resumes fine when running only on
battery. When plugged in it suspends - but refuses to resume.

I downloaded and ran/installed the latest 32bit karmic and it still will
not resume from suspend. As a side note - my partition with jaunty

I still cannot suspend/resume in Jaunty. In Intrepid if I use the fglrx
driver it will suspend/resume - but the xorg-ati driver does not suspend
resume.
When I tried suspend/resume in Jaunty - once it rebooted it did this
auto bug report thing and the bug is reported

Public bug reported:
HP Dv8000 - with Intrepid the xorg-ati driver does not allow

Actually - you don't need xgl. Just installing the fglrx driver through

It appears as though compiz in 64bit runs smoother than compiz in 32bit.
