I have a feeling this is related to opacity/transparence in
gtk-window-decorator. I tried killing gtk-window-decorator, and restarting it
manually with:
/usr/bin/gtk-window-decorator --active-opacity 100 --opacity 100
It seemed to help a bit, but not completely. However, the issues were

I have the same issue on my computer. I also have a nvidia card, with
proprietary drivers. I'll upload the requested data from my computer. If
